Regional Flood Protection Bylaw

The Council is presently drafting a Flood Protection Bylaw which will provide a framework to manage the impacts of activities which might adversely affect the Council’s flood and erosion protection structures. The Council will be seeking public input on the draft Bylaw, later in 2023.
